1. Automatic Consensual Membership Upon Entry

By approving this Agreement, you immediately and automatically become a Member of the Organization Of The Temple of Zeus operating the Hall of Osiris Platform ("the Organization").

Membership begins the moment you press "I Agree" and applies to all access, whether direct, indirect, manual, automated, internal, or external.

2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All materials, content, data, communications, research, designs, intellectual frameworks, documents, and internal information contained within the Platform ("Confidential Information") are strictly private and exclusively for Members.

By accessing the Platform, you agree that:

• You shall not disclose, share, publish, transmit, reproduce, screenshot, scrape, record, or otherwise distribute any Confidential Information to any person, entity, institution, media outlet, employer, government agency, competitor, or third party, without explicit written permission from the Organization.
• Any attempt to disclose or disseminate information without authorization constitutes a breach of contract, a violation of intellectual property rights, and a misappropriation of proprietary materials.
• You acknowledge that the Confidential Information is protected under international intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and trade secret protections.

A breach of this clause may result in serious liability.

3. Obligations of External Actors & Investigative Entities

This Agreement applies equally and fully to:

• Individuals acting on behalf of employers, companies, agencies, or investigative bodies
• Competitors, auditors, researchers, journalists
• Governmental, regulatory, or intelligence personnel
• Outside observers or "spies"
• Automated tools, bots, crawlers, and scrapers

By clicking "I Agree", all such actors:

• Become Members under this Agreement
• Accept full personal related responsibility
• Cannot claim exemption due to job role, external mandate, or investigative purpose

Any unauthorized use or disclosure is treated as a breach equivalent to that of any ordinary Member.

4. Binding Responsibility for Automated Access

If the Platform is accessed through an automated system (bot, scraper, crawler, or software agent), the human operator or corporate entity behind that system is deemed to:

• Have consented to this Agreement
• Have entered Membership
• Be legally accountable for compliance and violations

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within the Platform is:

• Exclusively owned by the Organization
• Protected as Intellectual Property (IP)
• Not permitted to be copied, modified, reverse engineered, translated, archived, or redistributed without formal written authorization

You affirm that:

• Viewing the content does not grant any licenses, IP rights, or permissions
• Unauthorized use, sharing, or reproduction is adirect violation of international IP law and may result in injunctions, damages, and legal enforcement

Disclosure of any content, verbally, digitally, or physically, is strictly prohibited.

6. Consent to Act

By pressing "I Agree", you consent to:

• The enforcement mechanisms chosen by the Temple of Zeus
• Applicable civil remedies, including damages and injunctive relief
• Spiritual measures or other forms of unseen operations acting against you
